Because we customize our daily routes to ensure every dog gets our full attention and care, we schedule all new clients manually.

2. Meet & Greet: We’ll set up a brief, free introductory visit to meet you and your dog, review care details, and collect house access information.
3. Hit the Trail: Once approved, we will place your walks on our calendar and get moving!

Billed automatically on the 1st of each month (approx. 4 weeks/month). Maximum savings for steady routines.

📋 Terms, Policies & Surcharges

• Multi-Dog Policy: The first two dogs from the same household walked simultaneously share the base rate. Any additional dog beyond two is an extra +$5.00 per walk.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service window. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full rate of the scheduled walk.
• Weekend Surcharge: A +$5.00 surcharge applies to all walks scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Major Holiday Surcharge: A +$10.00 surcharge applies to all walks scheduled on the following recognized holidays: Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
• Payment Methods: Accepted via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and exact cash (no checks accepted).
• Weather Policy: During severe thunderstorms, heavy snow/ice, or unsafe heat indexes (above 90°F), outdoor walks are converted to indoor potty breaks, play, and hydration sessions for pet safety. Standard rates apply.
